It's our 10th Anniversary this year...WOW!
Hawkstone Builders Ltd has reached a milestone, we have been in business for 10 years. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 we were not able to celebrate the occasion as we had hoped.

After working for a variety of builders and gaining first-hand knowledge of the industry, we had one goal as siblings - to do things our way. Establishing a new business in 2010 had its challenges, a particular challenge was to find ways to give Customers the confidence to use our services, one way was to become a member of the Federation of Master Builders who are the UK's largest trade association in the building industry. Today, we are proud of our success and reputation. From the start we set up facilities in our own homes but within a year we had moved into our current business address on Shangri-La Farm Business Park.

We are always so delighted to receive great reviews from our Customers, it makes what we do so worthwhile and we appreciate every one of you.

What other milestones have there been in the last 10 years - well, 23 million people tuned in to watch The Royal Wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton on 29 April 2011. In 2012 the Olympics came to London, but it was one day in particular that made the list of WOW moments...'Super Saturday', the name given to the day Britain won three gold medals in just 44 minutes. The year 2012 also marked the Queens Diamond Jubilee, celebrating 60 years of ruling. On 9 September 2015, Queen Elizabeth II became the longest reigning British monarch when she surpassed the reign of her great-great-grandmother Victoria and who could forget Brexit, in 2016 the UK voted to leave the European Union.

This year has been a particularly tough time for everyone during the Coronavirus pandemic. We temporarily closed our business following Government guidance on 23 March 2020 and are please to have recently re-openend again and will continue to follow the guidance to keep our Customers, Colleagues and the wider community safe and well.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of our success, we truly appreciate your support and we very much look forward to another successful ten years.
On March 23rd we made the very difficult decision to suspend all work and temporarily close following the announcement from the Prime Minister.

Although this has adversely disrupted our business, our priority was and remains to protect our colleagues, customers and the wider community.

Since making this decision, we have been following the Government guidelines and based on the position of Government and their advice, we are pleased to say that we are now open for business again. We will operate our services subject to Public Health England guidelines to safeguard our colleagues, customers and the community.

We would like to thank our valued colleagues and customers for their continued loyalty and support, we are very much looking forward to seeing you all.

We would like to apologise to anyone who we have not been able to get back to during our temporary closure.

Keep safe and well.
First, we want to pay our tribute and applaud the NHS staff, carers and other key workers dealing with the Coronavirus pandemic.

The COVID-19 pandemic is something that affects us all, and we are all urged to stay at home, which is why given the continued threat posed by COVID-19, we have taken the decision to remain closed until further notice so that we can maintain the safety and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our colleagues, customers and communities has been our priority since the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, which is why we remain committed to following the advice of our Government.

For all new enquiries, please provide a contact phone number... unfortunately, we cannot answer any of your emails at this time but will contact you as soon as we resume.

We apologies for any inconvenience caused during this period, but we will take all measures necessary to support the Government in their effors to control the spread of this virus.

Please stay safe and keep well.

Following the announcement from the Prime Minister on Monday, we believe the responsible approach is to temporarily suspend all work and close for the next three weeks.

The Coronavirus pandemic has brought many changes to our normal lives. We have closely monitored the situation and our priority continues to be the health and wellbeing of our customers, employees and colleagues and we are committed to ensuring the safety of all.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused during this period, but we will support the Government in their efforts to control the spread of this virus.

We would like to thank our customers who have continued to support us and we look forward to resuming service when the time is right.

For now, we hope that you and your family are safe & well. Remain strong and hopeful in these unprecedented times.

We're all in this together.
