As a registered member of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB), one of the requirements is that an inspection is carried out regularly of our work. The FMB uses the services of an independent company and having independently assessed quality standards makes FMB membership unique in the building industry. An inspection was carried out recently and we are delighted once again that Hawkstone Builders Ltd has passed an inspection on 16 May 2024. Quality workmanship is something we are passionate about and by being a member of the FMB, offers assurance to homeowners that we are committed to keeping up industry standards.
Hawkstone Builders Ltd are also members of Trustmark, the only Government Endorsed Quality Scheme for work carried out in or around your home in the UK.

We are often asked what project we take on, it is not possible to list all building works on our website, but whatever the project, whether internal or external, we can often help. Our close-knit team have years of extensive knowledge and are fun to work with. We listen to our clients and work with them to ensure that the end result is something they are happy with, and we can be proud of.
Now and then projects aren't without their hiccups, but we try to limit the stress where we can for our clients and have some fun along the way.
As the warmer weather approaches, we have been receiving enquiries from clients looking to update their outside space with new garden paving, ready for the summer months, and this is certainly one of the many services we can provide.

Materials and labour costs are on the rise and doing up a property can be costly, and it is true what they say....you only get what you pay for. One comfort we can give, is all our estimates are priced to include for as much as possible with the information we are provided with. In most instances, the only additional costs are when a client has revised or added on items from the original spec.

We are proud to have completed all the internal building works on the new Garden House Hospice Care Distribution Centre in Protea Way Letchworth which opened on 1st December 2023.
This Distribution Centre will provide a better workplace for their dedicated staff and volunteers and where they can raise more funds to provide palliative care to people in the local community.
